Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (Default)

All standard orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Flat Rate: $5.00 per order

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Tracking is provided on all orders

Standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout unless expedited shipping is selected.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders are shipped exclusively via UPS 2nd Day Air.

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Service: 2nd Day Air

  • Delivery Time: 2 business days after shipment

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Central Time to be processed the same day when possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited UPS orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues

Stickers-R-Decals By Jason is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we may assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe before production begins. Once production has started, shipping details cannot be changed.
