Danger Stand Clear When Tailgate Is Opened Safety Decal

Warn people to STAND CLEAR WHEN THE TAILGATE IS OPENED because the gate or its load can move, swing or discharge unexpectedly.

Designed for dump trucks, belly dumps, trailers, refuse bodies, grain bodies and other equipment with a powered, latched or gravity-operated tailgate.

• Large three-line STAND CLEAR WHEN TAILGATE IS OPENED message beneath a DANGER header
• Printed on professional 3M adhesive vinyl for clean, dry, smooth surfaces
• Choice of standard white matte or reflective white material
• Six size options with optional protective lamination
• Made in the USA

Choose the right material: Standard white matte is a non-reflective everyday option for normally lit locations. Reflective white returns light toward its source when illuminated; it is not self-lighting. Optional lamination adds a protective layer over the printed surface.

Available sizes: 3.5 x 5 in, 5 x 7 in, 10 x 7 in, 11 x 8 in, 11 x 17 in and 12 x 18 in. Select the material, size and lamination combination from the listing options.

Application: Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Position carefully, press from the center outward and work out trapped air while applying firm, even pressure. Dust, oil, moisture, texture, loose paint or a cold surface can reduce adhesion.

Important: Place where it remains visible without covering latches, reflectors, lights or required markings. The decal does not replace an exclusion zone, operating procedure or spotter.

This listing is for a flexible adhesive decal, not a rigid sign.
